Kimberlee holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Oregon.  Kimberlee is a former Oregon Junior Miss, Miss San Francisco and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader.  She now shares a 20-acre farm in Oregon with her husband Tom, 2 children, 2 dogs and chickens and loves the urban farmer lifestyle.  She had a successful professional career with IBM, Oracle and SAP before launching her business as a speaker and author. 

 

Kimberlee is passionate about helping women to be their very best and teaches people to “Lead with Grace” through image consulting, etiquette and leadership skills.  She recently co-authored a book called “My Style, My Way”.

 

All of her skills and experience make Kimberlee a natural fit for the “Dress for Success” program which is the platform/charity she will promote during her year as Mrs. Oregon International.  She is also involved with Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon, Portlandia and the University Club.
